Course Title: All About Leases
Course Description: This class covers GAR Lease Listing and Tenant Brokerage Agreements as well as the GAR Lease Agreement and Lease/Purchase Agreement. There is a lot of focus on proper handling of "other people's money" (trust funds) and how commissions should be paid on Leases as well as the difference between representing Landlords and Tenants and engagingin Property Management.
